Bryan Luker – VP, CA Regional Executive
Bryan joined PURE in February 2014 with 10+ years of personal lines high net worth experience to lead the CA Region and to launch operations in the state. Prior to PURE, Bryan was AIG Private Client Group’s Regional Underwriting Manager for the San Francisco region. Bryan has a BS in Business Administration from Babson College with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. Bryan and his wife live in Moraga, CA – a suburb of San Francisco in the East Bay.

Ruth Crnkovich:
Ruth Crnkovich, Vice President, Business Development, Western Regional Director, for Pall Mall Art Advisors and Appraisers is based out of Los Angeles. Prior to joining Pall Mall Art Advisors, Ruth celebrated a long art professional career in Chicago Region for nearly three decades in museum, curatorial and appraisal capacities. In addition to her role in Business Development, Ruth is also a fine art appraiser, specializing in 20th, 21st Century and Contemporary Art, including paintings, sculpture, works on paper, contemporary glass, and contemporary silver.
Ruth Crnkovich has authored numerous scholarly and periodical publications pertaining to fine art and appraisals. She has lectured, served on art panels, and collaborated on numerous art projects with museums and universities throughout her lengthy career. Ruth earned her Master’s Degree in Art History prior to obtaining her certification in Fine Art Appraising from NYU. She has worked as a Fine Art Appraiser for thirteen years prior to joining Pall Mall Art Advisors and Appraisers.
Lurisha Finger:
Lurisha Finger is a GIA graduate gemologist, graduate pearl grader, graduate bench jeweler and GIA tutor. She has spent the last ten years lending her expertise as a gemologist at six different jewelry stores in the San Diego area. She has focused on everything from appraising, to buying and selling. She has also focused on quality control. Lurisha Finger specializes in high volume appraisals and jewelry manufacturing.
